Whenever visiting us at Willamette Oaks, please check in with the main reception desk to let them know you are onsite. They will direct towards the Spa room.

Cancellations
If you find that you are feeling 'under the weather' for ANY reason, please CANCEL your session! We can easily reschedule your session for another time.

No-Shows
I will wait 10 minutes before reaching out to you. At 15 minutes without hearing from you, we will consider it a missed appointment. You will receive an email notification. If it happens more than once, in a 6 month period, a $40.- fee will be applied at your next visit.
Payment
I no longer accept Insurance of any kind. Payment for service is due in full at the time of service.
Gift Certificates and Multi session discount packages in the form of pre-paid punch cards are available to purchase in person, on site.
